Your Agreement with Sudotag

Welcome to Sudotag. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you ("User," "you") and Sudotag ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Sudotag mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You agree to the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver in Section 16.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete the application from your device.

Who Can Use Sudotag

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is designed for users within the Republic of India. By using the Service, you confirm that you are physically located in India. We do not claim the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

What Sudotag Offers

Sudotag is a comprehensive vehicle management platform. Our services include:

Digital Vehicle Management

Register and manage your vehicle profiles with comprehensive details and documentation.

QR Code Ecosystem

Generate, activate, and scan unique QR codes for your vehicles with secure authentication.

Digital Vault

Securely store your vehicle documents (e.g., RC, Insurance, PUC) with encrypted protection.

Smart Alert System

Receive automated reminders for renewals, servicing, and important vehicle maintenance.

Location-Based Features

Mark your parking spot and use location-based directories for enhanced convenience.

In-App Communication

Message other registered users securely through our encrypted chat system.

Payment Integration

Order and pay for physical QR codes via trusted partners like Razorpay with secure transactions.

Your Account Responsibilities

To use all features, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information, including your mobile number and vehicle details.

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Promptly notifying us at support@sudotag.com of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to disable your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Rules of Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from:

Using the Service for any illegal purpose or activity
Harassing, abusing, or harming others through the platform
Uploading false or misleading information, especially about vehicle ownership
Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service

You affirm that you are the legal owner or authorized user of every vehicle you register.

QR Code Terms

Ownership

The QR codes you generate are our intellectual property, licensed to you for use with your registered vehicle.

Physical Orders

When you order a physical QR code, you must provide a correct delivery address. The risk of loss passes to you once we deliver the item to the carrier.

Activation & Transfer

You must activate the QR code in the app. If you sell or transfer your vehicle, you must deactivate the QR code link.

Payments and Fees

Processing

All payments are securely processed by third-party providers like Razorpay. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Currency

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Payments for digital services are typically non-refundable. Refunds for physical products are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Sudotag Service, including all content, features, and trademarks, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes.

You own the content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content to provide the Service to you.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

LIABILITY LIMITATION

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUDOTAG, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR TEN THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 10,000).

You Agree to Compensate Us (Indemnification)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sudotag, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (like Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be handled by the courts located in [Your City, State], India.

Resolving Disputes (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

IT REQUIRES ARBITRATION FOR DISPUTES AND LIMITS YOUR ABILITY TO SUE OR BRING CLASS ACTIONS.

Step 1: Talk to Us

You and Sudotag agree to try to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting arbitration.

Step 2: Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

No Class Actions

YOU AND SUDOTAG AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ARBITRATIONS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing a clear notice to support@sudotag.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are effective, you agree to the new Terms.
